FY2024 ANNUAL ACTION PLAN

City of New Bedford | Office of Housing & Community Development

The Annual Action Plan is a one-year plan that explains and discusses available federal block grant funding (Community Development Block Grant, Emergency Solutions Grant and HOME Program funding) that the city receives as an entitlement community. The FY24 Annual Action Plan addresses how the funding will be used to fulfill Consolidated Plan priorities. (The city’s current Consolidated Plan is a five-year document that identifies community needs and spending priorities for FY2020-FY2024.) The FY24 Annual Action Plan represents the fifth year of the five-year Consolidated Plan.
