Yes we made the update to the MX record. One thing I’m seeing now in the Exchange Queue Viewer is mail not going out to newbedfordma.mail.onmicrosoft.com

It looks like your MX points to mail.newbedford-ma.gov which points to 131.109.132.230. Is that the new IP? If not, this will need to be updated to match the new IP and that may be the problem. Let us know.

Noticed that Exchange Queue Viewer has several email in (newbedfordma.mail.onmicrosoft.com) not going out. I’ll do some more checking but I’ll let you know in the morning.

Can you please check the Exchange Online Admin Center under Mail Flow -> Connectors? Can you double-click on any connectors listed and if there are IP addresses specified, make sure you update with your new IP addresses? Also, you will want to add the new I
